Not sure if this matters: can you run multiple hubs at once?
ZigbeeExplorer: Just got this working! The trick was configuring the MQTT broker properly. Wish I'd known earlier.

Fair point. Good catch about the security concern. That said, the additional features is worth the tradeoff.
